Job Description

Interface AI is building a universal banking assistant to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities
  • Utilize Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC methodologies
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Identify and cultivate expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams
  • Articulate the business value and ROI of Interface.ai’s offerings
  • Partner with Customer Success for a seamless handoff
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role
  • Hunter mentality with a track record of sourcing and closing new business
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms (plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Skill in using prompt engineering techniques
