Job Description

The Partner Enablement Manager plays a critical role in building and maintaining TELUS Digital’s partner readiness, credibility, and visibility within our partner ecosystems. This individual is responsible for driving internal enablement programs, certification management, and co-branded marketing materials aligned with internal Craft teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute internal enablement programs
  • Maintain a centralized Partner Knowledge Hub
  • Collaborate with craft leads to create learning paths
  • Host Partner Learning Series and Lunch & Learns
  • Track and report enablement engagement
  • Own and manage the partner certification roadmap
  • Track certification attainment, expirations, and renewals
  • Coordinate with partner training teams
  • Communicate milestones and publish quarterly readiness reports
  • Create, manage, and distribute partner-facing materials
  • Ensure materials align with brand standards
  • Maintain a Partner Marketing Toolkit
  • Support participation in partner marketing activities
  • Track utilization and engagement of partner marketing materials
  • Promote partner success stories internally
  • Maintain dashboards for certifications and engagement
  • Provide quarterly summaries of enablement and marketing impact
  • Benchmark readiness and brand presence

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Partner Enablement, Marketing, or Program Management
  • Experience working across internal creative teams
  • Strong organizational, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, PRM, and marketing enablement tools
  • Passion for technology partnerships and brand storytelling
