Job Description

The Principal, Business Development role is responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts and for cultivating relationships with key prospective accounts within the Financial Services industry. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, exceeding client expectations, and coordinating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new logos and existing account expansion
  • Identify target accounts and communicate TELUS Digital's capabilities
  • Articulate product features and craft executive-level proposals
  • Cultivate and extend C-level client relationships
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to respond to opportunities
  • Advise internal teams on industry and vendor trends
  • Travel up to 25% for client visits, pitches, and conferences

Requirements

  • Deep experience in a digital product professional services agency/consultancy
  • Experience with F5000-level Financial Services client accounts
  • Balance of growth strategy and operational project responsibilities
  • Ability to identify business issues and discern value
  • Ability to scope and plan analyses
  • Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly
  • Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders
