Job Description

TELUS Digital is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of TELUS Digital implementation services alongside the Genesys & Five9 suite of products. This role will lead go-to-market efforts, develop key partnerships, and drive customer success in modernizing contact centers and transforming customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Genesys & Five9 sales practice
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with Genesys & Five9 teams
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Present and demonstrate the value of Genesys & Five9
• Stay informed on industry trends
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

• 5+ years of Genesys & Five9 experience
• Strong knowledge of Genesys & Five9
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree
