Job Description

TELUS Digital and Google CES have a longstanding partnership to bring Google CES products into the Contact Center environment. This role will spearhead the growth of TELUS Digital implementation services alongside the Google CES suite of products, leading go-to-market efforts, developing key partnerships, and driving customer success in modernizing contact centers and transforming customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the Google CES sales practice
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with Google CES account teams
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Google CES
  • Cultivate deep relationships with Google and ecosystem partners
  • Stay informed on industry trends
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CCaaS sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of Google CES
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
