Job Description

TELUS Digital is seeking an experienced Associate Principal, CX Application Strategy to drive digital/AI transformation initiatives within global contact center operations. This role will shape and execute digital/AI recommendations, partnering with CX strategy and AI product teams to redefine the future of customer experience for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define AI tools and measure their success
  • Develop a maturity framework for tech/AI implementation readiness
  • Test and refine the tech/AI maturity framework
  • Identify and prioritize tech/AI opportunities
  • Deploy tech/AI solutions
  • Provide input into CX Product roadmap
  • Articulate technology architecture solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Stay up-to-date on tech/AI trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, product, and/or technology strategy
  • Proficiency in tech/AI stack considerations for contact centers
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity
