Job Description

TELUS Digital is seeking a seasoned delivery executive to lead a large, multi-tower telecom portfolio. This role oversees a global delivery model across North America and India, driving execution excellence, shaping account growth, and strengthening executive relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom delivery leadership, managing multi-tower programs and engineering teams, and a deep understanding of telecom systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
• Navigate client environment with political awareness
• Strengthen delivery maturity across engineering functions
• Partner with global delivery centers to optimize staffing
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives
• Position TELUS Digital as a strategic partner
• Identify whitespace and shape new demand
• Ensure contract alignment and operational governance
• Contribute to growth strategy
• Drive innovation in delivery patterns and automation
• Support internal initiatives including interviewing and training
• Lead, coach, and elevate a diverse, high-performing global team

Requirements

• 10+ years in telecom delivery leadership
• Demonstrated success running large accounts ($30M+)
• Deep experience with telecom systems engineering
• Hands-on familiarity with Netcracker, Amdocs, AWS for Telecom, and Google Cloud for Telecom
• Knowledge of open-source engineering stacks and cloud-based modernization patterns
• Strong command of reporting and operational tools
• Executive-grade communication skills
• Proven ability to navigate complex political environments
• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen
• Experience leading distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
