Job Description

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, with a focus on grant-funded initiatives. This role will partner cross-functionally to manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring they reflect funder requirements and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial management of grants
• Track and analyze spending and funding progress
• Support compliance and reporting needs
• Support revenue forecasting and modeling
• Support the development, monitoring, and refinement of budgets and forecasts
• Prepare internal reports and presentations
• Improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes

Requirements

• Motivated by Khan Academy's mission
• Cross-cultural competency skills
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience building and managing budgets and forecasts
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Systems expertise across FP&A and ERP platforms
• Experience partnering across functions
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with GAAP
