Job Description

The District Success Manager will create an environment where school and district partners can successfully implement Khan Academy Kids. This role supports partner implementation, including professional learning, onboarding, tracking usage, and collaborating with administrators to understand usage data.

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful district implementations
  • Design and deliver professional learning
  • Build adoption plans and track usage
  • Maintain CRM hygiene
  • Understand district needs and navigate discussions
  • Devise and implement initiatives to encourage usage
  • Identify account expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with the District Success team
  • Demonstrate understanding of the Khan Academy Kids app
  • Channel voice-of-customer to Product, Content, and Engineering
  • Support curriculum and content alignment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or education-focused experience
  • Deep understanding of teachers and school districts
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Track record of creating dynamic professional learning experiences
  • Project management and prioritization experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use data to tell a compelling story
  • Familiarity with school and district technology ecosystems
  • Fluency with early learning pedagogy
  • Proactive approach to support
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • Experience as an elementary teacher and/or administrator (strongly preferred)
  • Motivated by the Khan Academy mission
  • Proven cross-cultural competency skills
