Job Description

We are seeking a Partnerships and Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our partnerships and sales operations. This individual will help design, manage, and improve the systems and processes that enable our team to effectively engage with school districts, early learning providers, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract lifecycle management
  • Support partner data collection and performance metrics
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement
  • Gather and track testimonials and success stories
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and implementation teams
  • Identify and source contact information for potential partners
  • Manage inbound leads via HubSpot
  • Support CRM systems maintenance
  • Conduct RFP research and provide administrative support
  • Manage vendor agreements
  • Support participation in education conferences
  • Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of operating systems
  • Support the implementation or integration of new systems
  • Support sales collaboration between Khan Academy for Districts and Khan Academy Kids
  • Contribute to special projects
  • Support strategic partnership evaluations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, partnerships, or a related field
  • Experience working in public education
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive working style
  • Well-developed problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build and manage relationships
