Job Description

Khan Academy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale engaging and efficacious K-14 learning solutions for International reach and impact. The role focuses on managing product capabilities that help scale Khan Academy for International Districts, grassroots teachers and learners, and specifically address the needs of teams and partners in administering the product effectively for their district classrooms.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product management (especially K-12 edtech)
• Proven history of managing and shipping successful software products with cross-functional teams, at scale, including outside U.S.
• Experience designing & building a platform with reporting and insights capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working closely with engineers and designers
• Strong data, metrics, and analysis skills
• Deep empathy for teachers and administrators
• Love learning and excitement about helping others learn
• Relevant or transferrable experience
• Deep passion for educational technology
• Proven cross-cultural competency skills
