Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Cloud Security and Compliance who will oversee the adherence of Cloud Business unit policies and monitor the processes, and regulatory systems that govern Altium’s activities to ensure smooth operations and minimize risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish compliance standards and improve internal control structures
• Develop corporate governance guidelines
• Minimize legal risks by complying with legal requirements
• Develop compliance organizational strategies
• Align financial resources and analyze results
• Create training, coaching, and communication programs
• Develop compliance programs
• Enhance compliance and organizational reputation
• Stay current on compliance matters

Requirements

• BA or BS in business management or similar field
• 8+ years of compliance experience
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Managerial and leadership experience
• International Compliance Association (ICA) certification
• Familiar with process improvement methods
• Able to embrace complexity and attend to details
• Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
