Job Description

As a Strategic Business Advisor, you’ll be the trusted consultant for Altium’s enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from our solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with industry knowledge to drive deal strategies, optimize customer workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to Enterprise customers
  • Conduct industry research and develop content/messaging strategies
  • Lead value assessment workshops
  • Present Altium’s value proposition to decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Support
  • Track and coordinate multiple customer priorities
  • Travel to customer sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Value Engineering, professional services, or customer success roles
  • Experience managing enterprise customers
  • Hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and PCB design processes
  • Ability to develop executive-aligned content
  • Exceptional verbal/written skills
  • Willingness to travel monthly
  • Fluency in English
