Job Description

G-P is seeking an experienced leader to drive future growth through launching new products, enabling the global sales force, developing differentiated positioning, and evangelizing new innovations in the G-P platform. This role will orchestrate marketing content, messaging, and enablement across G-P, working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product management to create and execute a shared vision for G-P's offerings.
  • Build and mentor a world-class Product Marketing team.
  • Provide input on product priorities based on research.
  • Create product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Drive product launches and partnerships.
  • Support creation of sales tools and collateral.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to develop content for analyst publications.
  • Serve as the voice of G-P Product offerings.
  • Own execution of Customer Advisory Board framework.
  • Influence alignment to directly impact company direction and sales success.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in high-profile technology/SaaS companies.
  • Experienced people leader with a track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in building and executing marketing plans and product launches.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience selling and marketing to enterprise customers globally.
  • Demonstrated experience building credibility with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Proven team player with experience launching new products.
  • Deep passion for market intelligence.
