Job Description

The Commission Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for supporting the sales and revenue organization by providing detailed data analysis, inquiry resolution, operationalizing dashboards and reporting, and managing incremental incentive programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales organization and sales leaders for sales compensation
  • Create, maintain and validate dashboards, standardized reporting, and ad hoc requests
  • Administer spiff and incremental sales compensation programs
  • Resolve plan inquiries and issues
  • Partner with stakeholders on job documentation and analysis
  • Advise revenue operations on compensation plans and programs
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales compensation programs
  • Support administration of sales compensation cycles
  • Complete ad hoc job evaluation and market data requests
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in Sales Compensation

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of Sales compensation experience
  • Experience with Captivate IQ or excel-based ICM sales compensation platforms
  • Familiarity with global sales compensation markets
  • Superior Excel skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lead projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
