Job Description

G-P is seeking a Sr Partner Manager to nurture strategic alliances with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in the brokerage space. The role involves driving client referrals, collaborating with internal teams, and enhancing collaborative marketing initiatives to achieve channel referral growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships
  • Nurture partnerships throughout their lifecycle
  • Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
  • Communicate effectively and set expectations
  • Organize and manage partnership campaigns
  • Train and enable partners
  • Communicate and work with stakeholders
  • Drive successful client referrals

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in partnership role
  • Strong understanding of the private equity landscape
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Active relationship builder
  • Prior experience with HR or FinTech company
  • Fast-growing startup experience
  • Experience building partnerships with senior business stakeholders
  • Data-driven, analytical, and research-oriented
