Job Description

As an Account Manager at Metronome, you'll own a mission-critical role, partnering directly with customers to drive their businesses forward. You'll build strong partnerships, capture growth opportunities, champion customer needs, provide guidance, and ensure clients see the full value of Metronome.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key client meetings, including Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and roadmap discussions
  • Own upsells and expansion opportunities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements
  • Drive end-to-end project plans for complex deployments

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related post-sales function or client-facing role
  • Natural relationship builder
  • High degree of ownership and prioritization skills
  • Communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Ability to co-design architecture
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude in data, pricing, and billing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
