Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager at Metronome, you'll own a mission-critical role, partnering directly with our most strategic customers to drive their business forward. You'll build strong partnerships, capture growth opportunities, champion customer needs, and ensure clients see the full value of Metronome.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key client meetings
  • Own upsells and expansion opportunities
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements
  • Drive end-to-end project plans for complex deployments

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a related post-sales function
  • Ownership of a strategic book of business
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic account plans
  • Natural relationship builder
  • Technical aptitude
