Job Description

Metronome is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation leader to develop and execute strategies that generate and accelerate pipeline across enterprise and strategic segments. This critical role will align marketing with sales to target high-value accounts, expand deal velocity, and drive measurable revenue impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the integrated demand generation strategy for enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing
  • Architect full-funnel programs that blend digital, content, events, direct mail, and outbound support
  • Design and operationalize tiered ABM programs
  • Define the customer lifecycle strategy and deploy nurture, expansion, and retention programs
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to measure pipeline contribution, velocity, and ROI
  • Enable and equip SDRs and Sales with personalized campaign assets
  • Continually test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data and field feedback

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM
  • Strong track record building and scaling enterprise demand engines
  • Deep expertise in ABM strategy and execution
  • Experience mapping lifecycle stages and deploying cross-channel programs
  • Data-driven with strong operational skills
  • Proficient in marketing and sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, 6sense/Demandbase, Outreach/Salesloft)
  • Excellent collaborator with a history of aligning tightly with Sales, SDR, and Marketing leadership
  • Strategic thinker and crisp communicator
