Job Description

Metronome is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build the foundation of marketing systems, reporting, and attribution. This hands-on role requires someone who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and can design scalable systems. You'll own the marketing tech stack, build attribution and lead scoring models, and enable the team to self-serve insights, ultimately connecting marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own the martech stack (HubSpot, Clay, etc.)
  • Build and maintain attribution models
  • Operationalize ABM infrastructure
  • Ensure campaign excellence (UTM frameworks, tracking templates)
  • Maintain data governance (GDPR/CCPA compliance)
  • Track budget and ROI
  • Build lead scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle operations

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations in high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record building attribution models and reporting systems
  • Hands-on expertise administering and integrating a modern martech stack
  • Analytical and technical skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Builder's mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
