Job Description

This role involves managing and converting inbound inquiries from customers, understanding their needs from prototype to production, and growing business share. The ideal candidate is achievement-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Xometry solutions to Fortune 500 customers
  • Focusing on supply chain and aligning with customer objectives
  • Building relationships with key personnel at client companies
  • Strategic planning and roadmapping for enterprise accounts
  • Setting up sales calls and presentations
  • Qualifying and converting leads
  • Collaborating with technical staff to meet customer needs
  • Managing data within CRM systems
  • Representing the company professionally
  • Proposing solutions and negotiating contracts
  • Participating in training and mentoring
  • Ensuring compliance with company systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • 2+ years of experience selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or engineering preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
  • Proficiency with virtual meetings and presentations
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience with strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
