Lendbuzz is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Dealership Account Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL to expand market reach and build partnerships with dealerships. This role involves business development, dealer support, strategic analysis, and brand promotion, requiring fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support dealership partners
• Strengthen market presence in automotive finance
• Identify sales growth opportunities
• Provide dealer support and consultative solutions

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in account management, sales, or business development
• 2+ years in most recent role
• Experience in auto finance or dealership account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Collaborative and adaptable
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
