Lendbuzz is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager in Gloucester Township, NJ to expand market reach and build partnerships with dealerships. This field-based role involves daily on-site visits, driving growth, and providing exceptional service to dealer partners. The position requires a six-day work week and a commitment to delivering results in the auto finance sector.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (automotive lending preferred)
• 2+ years in most recent role
• Auto finance or dealership account management experience
• Willingness to work a six-day week with daily in-person visits
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Residency within or near the assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus
