Lendbuzz is seeking an experienced people leader to drive regional growth as a Market Development Manager in Missouri. This role involves building and leading a field sales team, establishing strong dealership partnerships, and contributing to the company's market expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will be field-focused, lead by example, and excel at converting relationships into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow territory expansion
• Develop and coach a team of Dealership Account Managers
• Build and strengthen dealer relationships
• Drive field production
• Create market intelligence
• Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive lending or dealership partnerships
• 2+ years of field sales team leadership experience
• Proven track record of territory expansion
• Strong dealership relationships
• Hands-on leadership style
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
