Lendbuzz is seeking a detail-oriented Recourse Account Manager to support their dealer network by managing post-sale operations, ensuring smooth coordination around vehicle returns, insurance, and program compliance. The role requires strong relationship management and operational problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for partner dealers
• Manage recourse vehicle returns
• Handle VSI insurance submissions and issue resolution
• Track dealer performance and escalate compliance issues
• Travel to collect dealer feedback and refine program processes
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Resolve dealer concerns

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in dealer account management or automotive finance
• Familiarity with recourse finance structures and dealership workflows
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must reside in Florida
• Flexibility to travel
