Job Description

Centuria is seeking a Senior Forensic Technician/Analyst to provide IT support services for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) in Dahlgren, VA. The role involves developing and implementing network infrastructure, performing packet-level analysis, and contributing to the development of security guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement network infrastructure contingency and recovery plans
• Perform packet-level analysis
• Interpret documentation and develop forensic examination reports
• Review and edit NSWCDD Security Office publications
• Apply risk management processes
• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity principles and network security methodologies

Requirements

• Six years of professional experience providing software, hardware, and wireless support
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field preferred
• IAT Level III certification
• DoD 8570 IAT III certification (CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH)
• GCFE certification within 90 days of contract award
• Top Secret security clearance
