Centuria is seeking a Program Manager to deliver IT, Engineering, and Scientific solutions to the Federal Government. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing budgets, scheduling staff, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring program execution meets contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and scheduling staff
• Ensure program execution meets contract requirements
• Manage large-scale projects with 90+ staff and subcontractors
• Translate technical information
• Empower team productivity
• Remove barriers to progress
• Promote continuous improvement
• Deliver program deliverables on time
• Manage shared resources and budgets
• Perform project quality reviews
• Resolve conflicts
• Report status to customers
• Develop and deliver proposals

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT professional management experience in DoD environments
• Experience with DoD contractual matters
• Experience writing business/project plans and proposals
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field preferred
• DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
