Job Description

Centuria is seeking a Program Controller to support the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) and the BLITS 3.0 program at Hanscom Air Force Base. This role involves project financial management, reporting, budget oversight, resource coordination, and process improvement to ensure efficient service delivery and infrastructure sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in project financial management
• Provide accurate financial reports and forecasts
• Oversee project budgets and expenditures
• Monitor resource utilization and availability
• Coordinate with hiring and HR managers for resource allocation
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Implement quality control measures
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Complete ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact and work independently
• Financial management knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Ability to develop financial models and analyze data
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of contracts administration
• Deltek Costpoint knowledge is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• BA/BS Degree and 8 years of related experience
