Centuria is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the National Weather Service (NWS) Radar Operations Center (ROC) in Norman, OK. The role involves system design, requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and ensuring the reliability of the nation’s weather infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide system design and requirements analysis
• Conduct feasibility and cost/benefit analysis
• Develop technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Perform system integration and testing
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Stay updated with emerging technologies

Requirements

• Experience in system design and requirements analysis
• Familiarity with feasibility analysis
• Strong technical writing skills
• Experience with radar systems is desirable
• Knowledge of computer hardware and architecture
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Familiarity with routing configurations
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
