Job Description

Centuria is seeking a Top Secret cleared Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the USAF ACC IT-LAN program at Langley AFB, VA. The ISSO will be responsible for maintaining operational security posture, enforcing cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity publications, and providing technical support for information systems. This role requires a strong understanding of Linux systems and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational security posture
• Enforce cybersecurity policies
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity publications
• Manage cybersecurity program
• Validate user cybersecurity training
• Report vulnerabilities and incidents
• Coordinate configuration changes
• Initiate protective/corrective measures
• Provide financial planning and upgrades
• Provide LAN, PC, and cellular support
• Develop and maintain service level agreements
• Provide IT analytical and technical support
• Resolve connectivity issues
• Recommend HW and SW
• Support TS/SCI/SAP Information System Security Programs
• Provide information systems security guidance

Requirements

• Top Secret DOD Clearance
• Linux certification
• CompTIA Security + or IAT II equivalent
• 1 Year network administration experience on Linux
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Leadership skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
