Minted is seeking an experienced marketer to lead performance marketing efforts, acquire new customers, and drive business growth. This role involves developing strategies, managing teams and agencies, analyzing marketing effectiveness, and collaborating cross-functionally to unlock new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of performance marketing
• Identify new marketing opportunities
• Measure marketing effectiveness
• Manage performance management and reporting
• Lead a team and manage agencies
• Create visibility into marketing learnings
• Work cross-functionally with other teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of performance marketing expertise
• Understanding of TV & streaming media
• Deep understanding of the search landscape
• Experience with acquisition channels
• High analytical capability and brand sensibility
• Track record of building and mentoring teams
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
