Job Description

Minted is seeking a creative and analytical Merchandising Assistant to support the merchandising team in driving sales through artist collaboration, data analysis, and online merchandising. This role offers exposure to the full business complexity of Minted and potential for a full-time offer after a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Support key Minted business with high-impact assignments
• Assist in assortment process, including seller recruitment
• Manage external seller communications
• Optimize online merchandising (filters, SKU organization)
• Maintain merchandise data
• Identify growth opportunities through analysis
• Review new products for brand standards
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years of experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Passion for design and retail insights
• Results-driven and organized
• Collaborative team player
• Understanding of e-commerce is a plus
