Job Description

Minted is seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Specialist to analyze inventory, oversee wholesale purchases, and manage 3rd party partners for in-store merchandising. This role focuses on the Wholesale Greeting Card program, requiring analytical skills and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and inventory allocation for Wholesale Greeting Cards
• Analyze in-stock data and collaborate with 3rd party partners
• Project SKU-store level demand
• Develop and implement reporting for performance metrics
• Provide analytical support for cost negotiations
• Support new Wholesale program launches
• Partner with merchandisers for store maintenance
• Track 3rd party merchandiser data for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain
• Proactive and results-focused
• Experience in demand planning and inventory management
• Detail-oriented and process-oriented
• Analytical skills and data-driven recommendations
• Experience analyzing large datasets
