Job Description

Simpplr is seeking a Director of Technology Partnerships to drive growth by building and managing relationships with ISVs in the HR and employee experience categories. This role focuses on increasing partner-sourced revenue, developing joint business plans, and enabling partners to effectively sell and market Simpplr's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Solutions Consulting teams
  • Establish and maintain partner relationships
  • Develop and manage joint business plans
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs
  • Collaborate on lead generation and brand awareness programs
  • Assist Account Executives and Account Managers with partner engagement
  • Monitor and report achievements

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of technology partnership experience
  • AI-related ISV partnership experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through ISV partnerships
  • Experience developing partnerships to $1M+ revenue
  • Experience with partner enablement programs
  • Experience with reseller and OEM models
  • Self-starter with up to 30% travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
