Job Description

Simpplr is seeking a Director of Technology Partnerships to drive revenue growth through strategic ISV partnerships within the HR and employee experience categories. This role involves onboarding, growing, and collaborating with partners to generate co-marketing and co-selling opportunities, aligning integration priorities, and delivering enablement programs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Solutions Consulting teams
  • Establish and maintain partner relationships
  • Develop and manage joint business plans
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs
  • Collaborate on lead generation and brand awareness programs
  • Assist Account Executives and Account Managers with partner engagement
  • Monitor and report achievements

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in technology partnerships
  • AI-related ISV partnerships experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through ISV partnerships
  • Experience developing partnerships to $1M+ revenue
  • Experience with partner enablement programs
  • Experience with reseller and OEM models
  • Self-starter with up to 30% travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
