Job Description

Simpplr is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to expand their footprint within named customer accounts, drive new product adoption, and ensure customer retention. The role involves guiding clients through sales cycles, developing strategic account plans, and maximizing revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow customer accounts
  • Understand customer business goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience
  • SaaS sales track record
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling SaaS/cloud applications
  • Strong communication/presentation/negotiation skills
