Job Description

OffSec is seeking an experienced Senior SRE to design and implement scalable lab environments for their cybersecurity training programs. This role involves architecting labs across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring security for thousands of concurrent users.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect global data centers for labs
• Develop scalable infrastructure solutions
• Implement network isolation for lab instances
• Optimize lab deployment speed and resource utilization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Develop infrastructure automation
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Design complex network architectures
• Implement network segmentation and security controls

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Expert-level knowledge of OpenStack
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and networking
• Proficiency with Terraform or similar IaC frameworks
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
• 5-7 years of experience in SRE or Infrastructure Architecture
• 2+ years in a senior or lead technical role
• Proven track record of large-scale system design and implementation
