Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a Member Services Specialist to support members in a new care program involving GLP-1 medication access, pharmacy coordination, and chronic condition support. This role involves high-volume support, insurance navigation, and compassionate member interaction to ensure timely medication access and a positive treatment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with program steps and medication fulfillment questions
  • Triage pharmacy calls and resolve fulfillment issues
  • Collect, verify, and interpret insurance information
  • Navigate the medication access process
  • Offer empathetic support on chronic conditions
  • Document interactions and contribute to SOPs
  • Follow PHI and privacy protocols

Requirements

  • 3+ years of member-facing experience in healthcare or insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance processes
  • Experience with claims processing and reimbursement
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zendesk
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
