Maven Clinic is seeking a high-energy Client Delivery Manager to support clients by gathering reporting and technical requirements. This role involves leading client projects, managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional outcomes. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with internal technical teams to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions for data mapping and client delivery expectations
• Collaborate across teams to define business and technical requirements
• Manage and troubleshoot test accounts, file transfers, and delivery schedules
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams for scalable solutions
• Identify and resolve complex technical and operational issues
• Maintain templates, documentation, and best practices

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Integrations, operations, or project management
• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, health plans, and digital health platforms
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
