Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Director of Client Delivery to lead their Client Delivery Manager team. This role involves setting the client delivery strategy, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and scalable growth. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Delivery Manager team
• Define and drive client delivery strategy
• Oversee complex client integrations
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Implement risk management frameworks
• Identify and resolve systemic challenges
• Represent Client Delivery leadership in forums

Requirements

• 10+ years in client delivery, operations, or program management
• Leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Track record of scaling client delivery functions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Health plan experience preferred
