Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Client Success Associate to support their rapidly growing direct segment. The role involves managing SMB accounts, developing content, standardizing team playbooks, coordinating client activities, and ensuring timely problem resolution. The associate will collaborate with various teams to improve processes and deliver best-in-class client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SMB accounts through a pooled support inbox
  • Develop 1:many content for customer segments
  • Maintain CS team playbooks and documentation
  • Utilize Salesforce for triage and communication
  • Coordinate client activities (reporting, meetings, marketing)
  • Diagnose client needs and resolve problems
  • Escalate issues and maintain protocols
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for process improvement
  • Support client reporting meetings and analyze data

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer/client success, account management, marketing, or operations
  • Passion for healthcare, telehealth, and/or startups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create client-facing content
  • Experience identifying issues and proposing solutions
  • Experience with scalable processes
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and adaptable
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Gainsight, HubSpot, Matik, and Optimizely (preferred)
