Maven Clinic is seeking a transformational SVP of Client Success to lead a customer organization focused on retention, expansion, and client advocacy across employers, health plans, and channel partners. This role involves shaping strategy, driving performance, and ensuring clients achieve measurable value.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in post sales, client success, or customer leadership
  • Proven ability to improve NRR, GRR, and reduce churn
