Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced VP of Strategic Accounts, Client Success to lead their Direct employer team. This role involves overseeing a high-performing team, driving growth, identifying efficiencies, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team
  • Drive enrollment, retention, upsells, and advocacy
  • Define operational metrics and establish regular business reviews
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve processes
  • Optimize the customer lifecycle using data and analytics
  • Manage client escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients
  • Represent client success in new business discussions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in account management or client services in digital health, healthcare, benefits, or SaaS
  • Experience managing a team with demonstrated excellence in people management
  • Experience serving as a strategic advisor on large, multinational accounts
  • Experience working in a cross-functional capacity
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with the full customer success lifecycle
