Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive the technical vision and architecture of their Salesforce platform. This role involves leading design, development, and improvement of scalable systems, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
• Identify and lead architecture modernization initiatives
• Implement automation across GTM workflows
• Integrate and maintain Salesforce connections with key systems
• Coordinate offshore engineers and contractors
• Establish platform governance practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable systems
• Experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with GTM technologies integrations (CPQ, HubSpot, etc.)
