Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to drive the technical vision and strategic projects for building and maintaining the modeled data layer and semantic layer. This role involves transforming raw data into reliable datasets and metrics for various teams, designing scalable data models, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data models in cloud data warehouse
• Own transformation layer from raw data to curated marts
• Increase operational efficiency by diagnosing data/reporting pain points
• Promote development standards and data quality
• Explore and evaluate new tools for data stack improvement

Requirements

• 5-7 years of analytics/data science experience
• Fluency in SQL and data visualization
• Hands-on experience with Python or R
• Ability to manage strategic projects and urgent requests
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
