Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a systems thinker and AI-native operator to join their Central Operations team as a Training & Quality Manager. This role focuses on structuring complex problems into scalable solutions to improve onboarding, training, and care delivery for member-facing teams, leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable QA program
  • Leverage and embed AI tools for content creation and enablement
  • Analyze data to uncover patterns and inform training
  • Build and own dashboards to track quality trends
  • Partner cross-functionally for smooth adoption of new tools
  • Continuously optimize systems

Requirements

  • 4+ years in QA, support enablement, or training
  • Proven ability to design and sustain systems
  • Strong experience using AI tools
  • High data fluency with tools like Zendesk and Looker
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Healthcare or healthtech experience is a plus
