Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized and large employers. This role involves creating market demand, developing strategies, and architecting deals to scale revenue and position Maven as a leader in virtual healthcare for women and families.

Responsibilities

  • Create market demand
  • Develop a detailed plan to meet targets
  • Drive a robust sales pipeline
  • Secure meetings with HR buyers
  • Position Maven’s value proposition
  • Assess buyers and build persona-appropriate approaches
  • Drive and achieve sales goals
  • Travel within territory ~30% of the month

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience
  • 2+ years selling into HR or similar functions within large employers (>10K employees)
  • Exceptional sales performance history
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detailed knowledge of healthcare/digital health
  • Growth mindset
