Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to drive growth with large employers by creating market demand, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. This role involves building relationships with HR buyers, collaborating with channel partners, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience with HR buyers of companies with 25K+ employees
  • Strong sales performance history
  • Understanding of healthcare economics
  • Growth mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with data and analytics
  • Proven network within HR/employee benefits community
