Job Description

Maven Clinic is seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel their Growth team's pipeline. The role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging with high-potential accounts through cold calling, email sequences, and social selling to generate new business opportunities within healthcare, enterprise, and benefits program sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with high-potential accounts
  • Master initial outreach and engage prospects
  • Execute outreach campaigns in key industries
  • Transition qualified prospects to Account Executives
  • Track and manage outbound activities in Salesforce
  • Deepen expertise in Maven's solutions
  • Exceed lead generation and qualification targets
  • Travel to conferences and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM tools
  • Expertise in sales tools like Zoominfo and SalesLoft
