Maven Clinic is seeking a highly analytical and motivated problem-solver to join their Strategic Finance team. This role involves leading high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives that shape the company's financial and strategic direction, working closely with senior leaders on financial strategy, growth analytics, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and strategic projects
• Build and refine financial models
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate initiatives
• Analyze unit economics and customer metrics
• Support financial deliverables
• Implement process improvements
• Serve as a thought partner to finance leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture investing, management consulting, or strategic finance
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of financial statements
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Collaborative and intellectually curious mindset
